Full Job Description

Key Responsibilities: Employee Relations: Serve as a point of contact for employee concerns and grievances. Facilitate conflict resolution and promote a positive work environment. Implement initiatives to enhance employee engagement and satisfaction. Performance Management: Oversee the performance appraisal process and provide guidance to managers. Develop and implement performance improvement plans as needed. Support career development and training opportunities for staff. Compliance and Policy Management: Ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations. Develop and update HR policies and procedures. Maintain accurate employee records and documentation. HR Administration: Manage employee benefits and payroll processes. Coordinate staff training and development programs. Monitor and report on HR metrics and trends. Health and Wellbeing: Promote initiatives to support staff health and wellbeing. Coordinate occupational health services and support. Qualifications and skills

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Proven experience in HR management, preferably within a healthcare or practice setting. Strong knowledge of employment laws and regulations. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion. Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite. Working Conditions: Part-time position with occasional travel to other practice sites as required. Office-based with some flexibility for remote work.
