Practice Manager

You will be an experienced Practice Manager, Deputy Practice Manager or Dispensing Optician but you must have management experience (and be from an Optical background). You will have excellent communication and listening skills and are able to build strong relationships with your clients, peers and team members. You will provide a professional yet enjoyable atmosphere to work in and be able to diagnose and solve problems, plan, prioritise workloads, share responsibilities accordingly and have excellent accuracy and attention to detail.

Bayfields Opticians & Audiologists are looking for a Practice Manager to join our amazing team in Hornchurch. You will be a qualified FBDO who is currently a Dispensing Optician (with some proven management experience), an FBDO Assistant Manager who is now ready to take the next step into Management or a Practice Manager looking for a new challenge. This is a full time role requiring a Practice Manager for 5 days per week (40 hours per week; Monday to Saturday 9am - 5:30pm).
