You'll work closely with our Practice Owners to drive business objectives and deliver superb standards of care for clients and animals alike.,

• Overseeing day-to-day practice operations with accountability for team performance and client satisfaction.
• Managing HR policies and supporting team members with a proactive, inclusive approach.
• Problem-solving swiftly to maintain the high standards our clients expect.
• Recruiting, training, and developing colleagues to build a thriving, engaged team.
• Managing your diary effectively to achieve operational excellence.
  
  The ideal candidate will:
• Have proven leadership and team management experience.
• Be an excellent communicator with strong organisational and time-management skills.
• Demonstrate a passion for motivating and coaching others to succeed.
• Possess the problem-solving skills necessary to excel in a dynamic environment.
Veterinary practice experience is not essential, but prior leadership and a results-oriented mind-set are key.

You will be joining our Practice Owners Andrew Harrison and James Rogerson as they grow and develop the team. Andrew qualified from Liverpool University as a Bachelor of Veterinary Science with Distinction in 2005. James Rogerson BA (Hons) Cert Ed, EMBA provides general management to both Blackpool Squires Gate and Lancaster Vets4Pets We are a well-established veterinary team passionate about providing outstanding care to our clients and their beloved pets. Our practice includes 5 FTE Vets, 1 General Manager, 1 HVN, 1 Assistant HVN, 3 Full-Time RVNs, 2 SVNs, and 6 dedicated support colleagues. Conveniently located near local transport links, including bus routes and a train station, Lancaster Vets4Pets is a collaborative, dynamic, and inclusive environment. Less than 30 minutes away from the stunning vista of The Lake District; Lancaster is a place of historic and natural beauty.

This is a full-time role working 40 hours per week, weekend work may be required. We're happy to discuss shift patterns if required.
