We are seeking a dedicated and motivated individual to join our dynamic and forward-thinking surgery team. Our practice is committed to delivering exceptional care, providing a compassionate, patient-centered, and efficient service to our community. As a Practice Nurse, you will work collaboratively alongside a team of experienced clinicians, including GPs, to ensure the highest standards of care. You will also play a pivotal leadership role within the clinical team, mentoring and supporting other healthcare professionals. If you are passionate about patient care and thrive in a fast-paced, ever-evolving healthcare setting, We are seeking a nurse with proven experience in primary care, or those with transferable skills, who can effectively manage a diverse range of responsibilities. The successful candidate will be expected to deliver high-quality care in key areas, including but not limited to:

  • Chronic disease management
  • Immunisations and travel vaccinations
  • Cervical cytology
  • Contraceptive services
  • Infection control
  • In addition to clinical responsibilities, the Practice Nurse will be involved in conducting audits to ensure continuous improvement in service delivery. A strong understanding of current healthcare guidelines and the ability to implement them effectively within the practice will be essential.
