Practice Nurse

You will be required to undertake the full range of Practice Nurse Duties including cytology, baby immunisations, chronic disease management and health promotion.

You will work with the full support of the practice team together with benefitting from the substantial networking opportunities across our other practices in the area. This is a great opportunity to join a well established team.

There are opportunities to develop special interests for those with drive and enthusiasm.

The ideal applicant will have experience in the Quality and Outcomes framework and other targets required of modern day general practice, confident with IT and management of processes in a rapidly changing environment.

You will have two years experience in a General Practice setting with excellent interpersonal skills.

We have a great network of Practice Nurses available within the area who are keen to share knowledge and help support and develop other members of the team together with an experienced Lead Nurse who is available for mentoring and support.
