Practice Nurse

To provide routine general practice nursing care for patients attending the GP Surgery. Routine management of chronic disease, contraception and sexual health advice, cervical screening, minor illness and minor injury, travel advice, childhood immunisations, health promotion and routine treatment room duties.

CWP provides health and care services for local people, including mental health, learning disability, community physical health and all-age disability care - including the provision of three GP surgeries. This is a permanent part time position 24 hours per week.
