Full Job Description

As a GP Practice Nurse, you will work within a GP practice providing assessment, screening and treatment services, advising patients on general healthcare and minor aliments with referral to GP's as necessary Our Practice Nurse's work as part of the general practice team and are supported by, and work with, a diverse multi-skilled professional team of clinical and non-clinical friendly staff, providing high quality, person-centered, holistic care to patients registered with Omnes Healthcare practices.

  • Provide assessment, screening and treatment services
  • Advise patients on general healthcare and minor aliments with referral to GP's as necessary
  • Undertake the collection, storage and dispatch of pathological specimens
  • Other administrative and professional responsibilities
  • What you will need
  • Current NMC Registration
  • We are looking experienced nurse who can help us to manage QOF etc or Diabetic Specialized
  • Practice Nurse experience within Primary Care is essential
