We are looking for a Practice Nurse to compliment and work alongside out General Practice team. . You will work as part of an existing nursing team . The successful candidate must be able to work independently, and work as part of a team to ensure high quality patient care is delivered.,
- Immunisations - child and routine
- Asthma & Diabetes care
- Wound care
- Health promotion and lifestyle advice.
- Women's health - smears, sexual health, HRT and contraception reviews.
