PRACTICE NURSE - PART TIME (2-3 DAYS)

The Limes Medical Practice at our site at Finch Road Primary Care Centre in Birmingham, is looking to recruit an experienced part time (2-3 days per week) Practice Nurse. The successful applicant will work collaboratively with the rest of the practice team to meet the needs and deliver best care to patients.

The successful candidate must have experience in the wide range of practice nurse skills including:

• Chronic disease management reviews (diabetes, COPD, asthma, chd etc)


• Cervical Cytology


• Vaccinations and Immunisations of adults and children
  
  The Limes Medical Practice operates out of two locations in Birmingham. Small Health and Finch Road Primary Care Centre where this position will be based. We are a training Practice and committed to staff development.
