Full Job Description
We are seeking a highly motivated and organised individual to work directly with the five practices of the Mansfield North PCN. This aim of this role it to remove the burden of their administrative duties and tasks by working closely with the practice managers to plug gaps of inefficiency, skill or excess amounts of work, relieving some of the burden of everyday administration workload, and supporting PCN contract requirements.,
- Support practices to improve areas of inefficiencies and support areas of excess workload.
- Review processes to assess working at scale.
- Support practices to deliver against PCN contract where required.
Ideally you will have worked in a GP practice before, if not you would have worked in a similar NHS setting. You will need to be a quick learner with a can-do attitude and be flexible to the needs of each practice., Experience working in General Practice. - Proficient use and knowledge of SystmOne
- Excellent organisational and communication skills
- Proven administrative experience.
