Contributing to the care provided by a range of multidisciplinary specialist services including the paediatric diabetes team. We are advertising a fixed term maternity cover post until Jan 2025. The postholder will work alongside other psychologists in the paediatric diabetes team, including a consultant lead.

(Cont'd under detailed job description and main responsibilities), To provide psychology services into the paediatric diabetes service including direct and indirect clinical work.
+ To provide psychological services including assessment, formulation and implementation of psychological interventions for children/ young people and their families within the diabetes service.
+ Deliver these services in ward-based and out-patient settings as needed.
+ Provision of psychological advice, consultation, training, and support for other professionals working across this care pathway as assigned by the Specialist Clinical Psychologist, Cluster Lead or Head of Services
+ Support with development and evaluation of the service., the welfare of children, young people and vulnerable adults.
