Full Job Description

In this role, you will :

  • Provide digital communication support to UCLH staff via emails, Microsoft Teams, and telephone.
  • Deliver excellent customer service, ensuring prompt responses and professional representation.
  • Develop, sign off, and upload digital content to the intranet, website, and social media channels.
  • Ensure consistent use of the UCLH corporate template / house-style across all online platforms.
  • Manage email queries in the team's shared mailboxes.
  • Support virtual events, including troubleshooting technical issues.
  • Run reports and extract data from intranet and website analytics tools.
  • Resolve queries using analysis and judgement, escalating when necessary.
