Pre Assessment & Outpatients Administrator

Spire Norwich Hospital are looking to bring on a Administrator who will support in splitting their time evenly assisting with both Outpatients and Pre-Operative Assessment departments where you will be taking on a mix of administrative duties to help ensure the smooth running of both offices., Working closely with the Outpatient Clinical Lead, the primary focus will be supporting the team with administrative tasks
- Supporting the nursing team with admin duties such as KPI completion or printing information.
- Supporting the Outpatient Clinical Lead to complete admin tasks including those relating to forthcoming inspections, such as CQC or PSQR
- Undertaking all work in accordance with company and hospital policies and procedures, reflecting and reinforcing the brand values and Spire's commitment to quality healthcare in all aspects of the role.

Experience in administration
- An understanding of the service offering at Spire Norwich Hospital would be preferable
- Experience of working in a close team.
- Good customer service skills for interaction with patients, consultants etc
- Confident working with stakeholders such as patients, consultants and medical secretaries.
- High levels of attention to detail
- Able to listen actively, understand concerns and recognise the needs of the customer
- Able to manage multiple tasks
- Ability to prioritise tasks
- Confident to take ownership of daily challenges
