Full Job Description

The purpose of the job is to carry out Induction Inspections on Safran Helicopter engines and modules by taking into account Quality, Cost and TAT and customer satisfaction. 1. Perform the arrival inventory on the engines/modules coming in the Pre Induction Shop, analyse the engine documentation and perform a preliminary Inspection 2. Identity as early as possible any discrepancy (missing LRUs, excessive erosion …) on the engine/module 3. Insure all required engine information (TSO, CSO, power checks …) are available at the end of the pre induction process in order to assure that the engine can follow the level 4 process without stopping 4. Explore all possibilities to repair the engine in a level 3 maintenance centre 5. Update the SAP Installed Base and the Cockpit Work scope and write the Pre Induction Report 6. Carry out secondary duties as defined by the his/her manager 7. Work in accordance with Company Operating Systems, policies and procedures 8. Work in accordance with HSE legislation. Identify and report any HSE risks to his/her manager or HSE representative 9. Continuously identify opportunities to improve processes, working practices and take responsibility for implementing 10. Support and promote Company values and behaviours

What do you need from me? Knowledge o Experience on Safran Helicopter Engine families (Arriel, Arrius. Makila) inspection Skills o Mechanical engineering experience post apprenticeship Qualities o Maintain a high consistency of quality standard output o Produce accurate Engine inspection reports
