Full Job Description

The Professional Services Team provides guidance and support to our clients through their journey with GBG. We prove the value of the products and provide technical support for the Identity business. We work directly with customers to ensure they get the most from their GBG services., This is a challenging, varied and hands on role, you will lead the presales teams, currently consisting of 4 team members, increasing to 5 very soon. Working directly with customers, Account Management, New Logo and Product teams, in addition to a variety of other internal teams. The main focus is to support the revenue contribution for EMEA from our key products that will drive the EMEA business.

What you will do

  • Lead the Pre Sales team for GBGs EMEA Identity solutions (International data, Documents and Biometrics, Origination Fraud, KYB and Investigate).

  • Support and drive responses to RFPs and RFIs.

  • Implement best practice proposals and presentations to improve sales conversation.

  • Provide pre-sales product support to the customer success and new business teams

  • Create and deploy a strategy that underpins and drives customer growth and success

  • Champion process and best practices that allows us to win business easily, by articulating and demonstrating the value of GBG solutions in a compelling way

  • Train and mentor both existing and new members of the teams

  • Establish strategic plans along with leaders in other areas of the business.

  • Building strong relationships with the sales team, product management and others.

  • Identify, plan, and execute ideas for continued improvement of your teams

    Demonstration of a solutions / consultative sales process.


  • Ability to lead a successful and specialist sales team.

  • Proven track record of meeting and exceeding revenue targets.

  • Ability to identify opportunities for GBG to improve and actively drive change.

  • Proven ability to create and deliver a strategy.

  • Proven to be able to meet revenue targets and drive success through a team.

  • Ability to recruit, coach, mentor and manage a team, proven track record in growing and managing teams remotely as well as locally.

  • Ideally, understanding of GBG, the different customer requirements and product sets

  • Flexible approach and able to change plans to get to the same outcome in a different way, copes with setbacks and diversions

  • Significant industry domain expertise

  • You thrive on building deep, meaningful relationships and proactively develop a network across GBG.
