What You'll Do

• Creation of solution designs to solve specific customer problems, starting from agreed requirements moving through conceptual and logical to physical designs.
• Understanding the limits of candidate products/technologies and identifying high level options to overcome and fulfil customer business needs/fit with strategy.
• Representation of the Business Pre-Sales organisation in both customer and internal engagements and demonstration of its standards in respect of professionalism and best practice.
• Responsible for technical support to commercial discussions, including bid qualification.
• providing costs for Finance approval. This includes responsibility for maintaining a relationship with key vendor contacts to obtain costs and validate configurations.
• Responsible for understanding and capturing the customer requirements, using additional resources where appropriate.
  
  Have considerable experience of one or more key technologies such as WAN/LAN/UC/IOT/ Cloud & Security
• Knowledge or experience of the ITIL framework.
• Desirable - understanding or knowledge of public sector frameworks
• Eligible and willing to attain and hold DV level security clearance.
