Pre-School Manager

As a manager of a preschool, you will be responsible for leading the day-to-day operations of a single-room preschool (30 children), overseeing a team of educators, and creating a nurturing and inclusive environment for children to learn and grow.,

• Lead and manage a team of educators, providing guidance, support, and training as needed


• Develop and implement age-appropriate curriculum and activities to promote the cognitive, social, and emotional development of children


• Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and maintain a safe, clean, and inclusive learning environment


• Communicate effectively with parents/guardians, providing regular updates on children's progress and addressing any concerns


• Collaborate with the wider community and external partners to enhance the preschool's offerings and support children's well-being


• Manage administrative tasks, including budgeting, scheduling, and staffrecruitment
  
  Level 3 in Early Years or above


• Previous experience working in a nursery or preschool setting, with a strong understanding of early childhood development and best practices


• Proven leadership and managerial skills, with the ability to motivate and empower a diverse team


• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build positive relationships with children, families, and colleagues


• Knowledge of relevant regulations and legislation related to early childhood education and care
