Full Job Description

Are you a problem-solver with a knack for planning and a love for all things civils and drainage? We're on the hunt for an Civils Coordinator to join our growing team! If managing projects, collaborating with diverse teams, and staying on top of all the moving parts makes you tick, we want YOU! What You'll Be Responsible For:

  • Planning and programming reactive work orders for our civils team.
  • Managing and coordinating project drawings (drainage, utility, TOPO, construction) and identifying potential clashes.
  • Organising ground investigations, utility surveys, and TOPO surveys.
  • Maintaining a comprehensive drawings register.
  • Obtaining permits, approvals, and other regulatory requirements.
  • Managing subcontractor and supplier relationships.
  • Coordinating efforts across architects, designers, engineers, and subcontractors.
  • Monitoring and forecasting project financial performance, providing detailed monthly reports, and explaining variances.
  • Allocating resources to ensure project delivery aligns with program schedules.
  • Coordinating labour, materials, supply chain, permits, and compliance requirements.

    Competency in IT systems, particularly Microsoft Office, AutoCAD, and MS Project.
  • Proven experience in planning, coordination, and civils or drainage projects.
  • Strong communication skills across all levels of employees and clients.
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities, with the capability to find resolutions collaboratively.
  • Outstanding organisational and time management skills.
  • Ability to challenge assumptions, ask critical questions, and manage conflicting demands effectively.
