If you are passionate about working with newly qualified staff to support their transition from learner to autonomous practitioner within their chosen profession, then this could be the role for you.,
- develop, lead, implement and evaluate the preceptorship programme
- Work collaboratively across the region and nationally to share best practice
- Work closely with the divisions to understand the support requirements
- Lead on recruitment projects for newly qualified registrants
