Premises Manager

As Premises Manager, you'll be working within the Facilities team, supporting them in day to day running of the contract. Your day to day will include:

• Managing operations of Services
• Manage and maintain excellent levels of service for planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and reactive maintenance
• Ensuring all work is carried out in line with health and safety policy
• Driving team performance
  
  Experience in team management
• PFI experience within facilities management
• CAFM experience
