Premises Officer [Ref: BRTN3636]

The Estates Department is currently looking for a Premises Officer who, under direct supervision of the Buildings and Facilities Manager and in collaboration with other Estates Team members, will be responsible for providing a customer-friendly and efficient service throughout the day in order to meet the operational needs of the campus. Our Premises Officer will have relevant experience of working within maintenance or a building services environment and be able to work cooperatively as part of a team and using own initiative.

The Premises team works on a split-shift basis during the week to cover all hours of college business. The shifts are worked on alternative weeks am/pm:

• 6:00-14:00/13:30-21:30 (Monday to Thursday)


• 6:00-13:30/11:00-18:30 (Friday)
