Premium Pool Client Account Manager

A Client Account Manager with strong customer service and project management skills is needed to join the team at Compass Pools, based in Horsham, on a full-time basis.,

• Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships, acting as a trusted advisor throughout project lifecycles.
• Project Coordination: Work with internal teams to ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards.
• Communication: Provide clients with regular updates, addressing milestones, challenges, and solutions.
• Problem Solving: Proactively manage client queries and concerns, ensuring their satisfaction at every step.
• Contract Management: Handle contracts, invoicing, and payment schedules with precision.
• Upselling and Cross-selling: Identify opportunities to enhance client projects with additional features or services.
  
  Proven experience in account management or a similar customer-facing role.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
• Excellent organisational and time management abilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Knowledge of the swimming pool industry (desirable)., Candidates with previous experience or job titles including Account Manager, Client Relationship Manager, Customer Success Manager, Project Manager, Sales Executive, Business Development Manager, and Client Services Manager will also be considered.
