Full Job Description
Due to expansion of services, SEA seek to employ a Registered Manager to oversee the running of the forensic, mental health and/or learning disability care services provided by SEA.
You will be responsible for all CQC regulated activity and ensure that high quality services are provided. You will be involved in managing the quality of services and ensuring CQC compliance is met to an excellent standard including reporting of Safeguarding concerns.
It is essential that the Registered Manager has experience of managing staff within a forensic, mental health and/or learning disability care setting with d/Deaf and Deafblind people. You will be responsible for managing and supporting the Team Managers in their role and therefore experience of providing supervision and identifying staff training needs is essential. You will also need experience in person centred planning, completing risk assessments and delivering agreed outcomes on care packages.
The successful applicant will need to have a good knowledge of CQC standards, strong leadership skills, with excellent interpersonal skills and a flair for development, creativity and strategic thinking., Disability Confident
