An exciting opportunity has arisen for a prevention and engagement Lead to join our dynamic and evolving teams across the Fylde Coast locality.

Working in close collaboration with key stakeholders, patients, carers, and community assets the successful candidate will be responsible for the oversight and continuous development of recovery focused pathways and peer led groups and projects across inpatient, community and urgent care services.

It is essential the post holder has a wide scope of expertise in respect of asset based community development, partnership working and co-production. Ideally the post holder will also have extensive experience of community development and working within a mental health or health care setting.

A talented and emerging skill set will best suit this role, with the ability to work autonomously and part of a team and with wider stakeholders essential.
