Full Job Description
- to manage and develop the provision at Clifton Primary by setting intervention programmes and monitoring their impact
- to liaise with external agencies
- to make an impact on the educational progress of pupils with SEN
- to ensure that EHCP and SSPP documentation are complete
- to lead, develop and enhance the teaching practice of other staff in Special Educational Needs
- to support the leadership team in day to day planning and strategic management The post will also include:
- responsibility for the SEN register audit and other statutory documentation
- working closely with all professionals Line management of some staff involved mainly in SEN support
- setting intervention programmes and monitoring their impact
