Pricing Analyst

The Pricing Analyst Benelux & UK ensures that all tire, pricing and customer information for Benelux & UK customers is collected and entered accurately and in a timely manner into company systems to streamline order entry. In this support role, you will work closely with the Finance, Sales and Service departments. Your main challenges

• Maintain and update customer, pricing and data information
• Monitoring compliance with rules related to pricing
• Creating and maintaining pricing terms in SAP at international company and regional level
• Monitoring master data (analysing data for inconsistencies and discrepancies)
• Working with the master data team in case of price changes or with the product managers/production units in case of incorrect intercompany (IC) pricing
• Supporting the SAP-SD team regarding intercompany pricing and sales-to-market terms and conditions
• Managing pricing of new items in SAP and registering them correctly in the system
• Providing front-line support for local teams and processing change requests for SD and pricing issues
• Analysing and adjusting the SAP pricing structure in collaboration with the SAP team and external consultants
• Communication with internal and external customers on all aspects of pricing documents
• Capturing and maintaining customer files
• Cleaning up ZCRN/Tire list
• As SAP SD Key-Iser implementing updates in the manuals (work descriptions CC)
• Implement annual price increase in SAP (in cooperation with Finance)
• Manage annual SPTP (Special Project Transfer Price) requests in consultation with key account managers and sales manager. Ensure that appointments are known to CC team
• Identify price trends, evaluate key changes and report to team leader CC and sales manager
• Margin analysis at the customer and product level
  
  Experience with SAP, Excel and SugarCRM
• Fluent in English (both verbal and written)
• Educated to GCSE level or equivalent in English and Maths

• Excellent customer service skills, A-Level or equivalent (preferred)
