Full Job Description

This is a new role within the organisation to support delivery of great together strategy across all its services and at ICS level to advocate for Mental health. There is recognition that mostof our clinical pathways go across to different partnership arrangements and primary care isa key relationship e.g., Depression and suicide pathways.At the Health Care partnership level, improvements in population health, tackling inequalities improving experience and enhance productivity all require primary care participation. The evidence is clear thatstrong clinical and care professional leadership is associated with higher productivity and better organisational performance., Support the Chief Medical Officer and SRO for a programme to develop and deliver clinical pathway change for a clinical priority area in mental health for MHLDA.

The role is predominantly strategic, supporting the HCP and Clinical Professional advisory committee to identify clinical priority area.Help to deliver these priority areas by supporting the primary care networks across Hertfordshire.

Collaborate with all stakeholders and system partners having patients at the heart of the redesignand co-producing with stakeholders.Work in partnership with the project/programme manager to contribute and be the clinical lead to the development of business cases including service specification, end to end pathways, KPIsand outcomesLead on clinical audits for the MHLDA priority area and be the clinical voice on respectiveresearch as appropriate.

To provide clinical leadership as a member of relevant provider collaborative and clinical networks.Attend the MHLDA CPAC as required and relevant Committees in HWE ICS when required
