Full Job Description
We are seeking an enthusiastic Primary Care Network (PCN) Operational Manager to join our established team and be a part of a PCN that really makes a difference.
Supporting the PCN Clinical Director, PCN Deputy Manager, PCN Strategic Manager, Practice Managers and the wider practice teams, you will oversee the management of the PCN team, manage the operational performance of PCN requirements and support PCN projects., The following are the core responsibilities of the PCN Operational Manager.
Recruitment, retention and line management of all ARRS staff.
Development of training including specific and mandatory training for the ARRS team.
Provide HR support to the PCN staff including appraisals and any personal development plans.
Operational Management of the PCN including ensuring the DES, IIF and CAIP are met.
Undertake a lead role for the PCN GDPR compliance.
Provide monthly PCN performance data for a range of PCN activities.
Be the first port of call for all practices for PCN matters.
Attend operational meetings on behalf of the PCN.
