Full Job Description
We are looking for a dynamic and motivated Administrative Support Coordinator to join our team and make a real impact within the Abbey Health Primary Care Network (PCN). In this vital role, you will be at the heart of delivering a comprehensive, professional, and responsive administrative service that supports care coordination and PCN responsibilities across the Abbey Health PCN footprint.
Youll work closely with our PCN Operations Manager and Strategic Manager, providing essential day-to-day support to drive current and future workstreams. Youll also collaborate with senior leaders, including the PCN Deputy Clinical Director and Clinical Director, ensuring the smooth running of operations and contributing to our mission of delivering high-quality care to the community., As an Administrative Support Coordinator, you will play a vital role in ensuring the efficient operation of the Abbey Health PCN. Your responsibilities will include collecting and analysing data from EMIS to produce reports, responding to telephone and email enquiries with professionalism and initiative, and providing essential administrative support for PCN-related meetings, including minute-taking, agenda preparation, and coordination.
You will support various projects and ensure services comply with established specifications, promptly raising any issues with senior staff. Day-to-day tasks include maintaining electronic and physical records in line with information governance standards, general administrative duties, and assisting with staff training, recruitment, and induction processes.
Your role will also involve conducting audits, handling enquiries with confidence, and providing regular updates to the management team. Youll organise and manage events such as PCN Away Days, training sessions, and meetings, maintaining clear and effective communication with practices and colleagues across the network.
