  • Pastoral Care: Act as a mentor and role model, providing emotional and social support to students, promoting their overall well-being and development.
  • Collaboration: Work collaboratively with colleagues, parents, and external agencies to support the holistic development of students and contribute to the school's continuous improvement.
  • Professional Development: Engage in ongoing professional development opportunities to enhance teaching practices and stay abreast of educational advancements.
