Full Job Description

Through this role you will support school improvement across our trust whilst working closely with the Primary Education Team and school leaders to develop curriculum and pedagogy within our schools. Within this role you will also support the development and implementation of high quality and evidence-based curricula., This is a full-time position to cover the duration of a maternity leave, and an ideal opportunity for an experienced school leader to support the development of teaching and learning across the trust., The role is varied and exciting and includes offering in-school support, coaching, facilitating professional development programmes and developing curriculum to support schools. You will be a qualified teacher and have both management and extensive teaching across the primary phase.

We are looking for a dynamic and experienced leader to join the Primary Education Team who sit within our trust School Support Team (SST). You will have a proven track record of success in regard to teaching and learning in primary education and a genuine desire to play a pivotal role in the strategic development of the Trust's education strategy and aims.

GLF currently has 35 schools in the primary phase, and 8 secondary schools. Most of our schools are in Oxfordshire, Wokingham, Surrey, Croydon and West Sussex. Therefore, this role does involve travelling to schools, as well as some remote working opportunities.
