Lake Haven has an exciting opportunity for a passionate, dedicated, and innovative KS2 SEN Teacher to join our team.
Our idyllic specialist school lies nestled within 83 acres of lakes and forest and welcomes cognitively able children with emotional trauma (EBSA) from their previous mainstream settings. We allow all children to feel NURTURE, RESPECT and BELONGING.
Working as part of team you will be dynamic in your interpretation and diversification of delivering an aspirational curriculum to our students in a way that meets their emotional and sensory needs whilst balancing their hunger and thirst for learning once these needs are met.
Lake Haven's outdoor farm and forest environment will allow you to bring your teaching experience to life for your students in a way that makes it tangible and real.
Prior experience of working within a specialist education setting is welcomed however not imperative for the right candidate. We also welcome applications from ECTs and have a strong reputation for positive support.
