Full Job Description
As an HLTA, you will play an essential role in supporting the delivery of the curriculum across different year groups. You will assist in planning, preparing, and delivering lessons, as well as helping with classroom management, pupil assessment, and individual student support. You will work closely with teachers to ensure that all pupils are engaged, motivated, and supported to achieve their best.,
- Provide high-quality support to teachers across all year groups.
- Assist in the planning, preparation, and delivery of lessons, ensuring they are inclusive and accessible for all pupils.
- Support with classroom management and the delivery of interventions for individual and small group work.
- Monitor and assess pupil progress, providing feedback to teaching staff.
- Foster a positive, nurturing environment where every child can thrive.
- Be an active member of a dedicated and supportive team, contributing to the wider school community.
