As a Teaching Assistant, you will:
+ Support the class teacher in delivering engaging lessons and ensuring every child reaches their full potential.
+ Work one-on-one or with small groups of children to provide tailored learning support.
+ Assist with classroom management and create a positive and stimulating learning environment.
+ Help with the preparation of resources and classroom displays.
+ Build strong relationships with children, parents, and the wider school community.

+ Enthusiastic, reliable, and passionate about working with children.
+ Comfortable supporting children with a range of abilities and needs.
+ Team-oriented, with excellent communication skills.
+ Motivated to help create an environment where all children thrive.
+ Previous experience in a classroom or childcare setting is preferred, but not essential.
