  • support the Principal and Senior Leadership Team in providing professional leadership to the school in order to secure its continuing success, improvement and provision of high-quality education for all pupils.
  • have a direct impact on the quality of teaching and learning and therefore pupil achievement.
  • ensure the physical and emotional well-being of all pupils in our school.
  • lead and motivate staff and pupils by example.
  • enthusiastic about all aspects of learning and teaching, with a strong knowledge of the EYFS curriculum
