Full Job Description

Extracurricular Activities
- Choir and Music Club: Encouraging musical talents and providing opportunities to perform in local and regional events.
- STEM Club: Fostering a love for science, technology, engineering, and mathematics through hands-on projects and experiments.
- Gardening Club: Teaching students about sustainability and the joys of growing their own fruits and vegetables.
Bachelor's Degree in Education: A degree in Primary Education or a relevant field. - Qualified Teacher Status (QTS): Certification as a qualified teacher in the UK. Professional Experience
- Teaching Experience: Previous experience teaching at the primary level, preferably with a focus on Key Stage 1 (Year 2).
- Curriculum Knowledge: Strong understanding of the National Curriculum for England, particularly for Key Stage 1. Skills and Abilities
- Classroom Management: Effective strategies for managing classroom behaviour and creating a positive learning environment.
- Lesson Planning: Ability to design engaging and differentiated lesson plans that cater to a variety of learning needs and styles.
- Assessment: Competence in assessing student progress and using data to inform instruction.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills for interacting with students, parents, and colleagues.
- Technology Proficiency: Familiarity with educational technology and its application in the classroom.
