Full Job Description
- Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging lessons in accordance with the National Curriculum for KS1 and KS2.
- Assess and monitor student progress, providing constructive feedback and support to enhance learning outcomes.
- Create a safe and stimulating classroom environment that encourages student participation and promotes a love of learning.
- Collaborate with colleagues, parents, and carers to support student development and address individual needs.
- Maintain accurate records of student attendance, progress, and behavior.
- Participate in staff meetings, training sessions, and professional development opportunities.
