We seek a high-spirited personality interested in commercial property who will join our new valuation team. Please come talk to us if you have a positive attitude and would like to help us keep our clients happy and satisfied., We are looking to recruit an experienced and ambitious prime operator to join our highly successful Knightsbridge Sales Team at Associate or Partner level. In this role, you will be responsible for generating business and negotiating the sale of properties that are priced £5 million and above in value. You will leverage your expertise and connections within the market to secure sales and instructions on luxury properties and deliver exceptional client service.,

  • Secure instructions on prime properties to meet and exceed business targets.
  • Identify and engage with buyers, negotiate property sales, and manage transactions to completion.
  • Possess a comprehensive understanding of the Prime Central London property market, including property values and competition.
  • Build and maintain relationships with high-net-worth clients, ensuring confidentiality and trust.
  • Proactively maintain a high profile in the Knightsbridge area to generate new business.

    Proven track record within the Prime Central London property market.
  • Expertise in negotiating sales of luxury properties and managing client relationships.
  • Exceptional communication skills and the ability to maintain professional standards of confidentiality and trust.
  • A team player with the ability to contribute to business strategy formulation.
  • Previous experience in the Prime Central London property market is highly desirable.
