Full Job Description

As part of our ongoing efforts to enhance the educational experience, we are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Prince's Trust Team Leader to support our curriculum delivery.,

  • As Team Leader you will undertake the planning and delivery of up to three Team programmes, ensuring the delivery complies with the Trust's expectations.

  • You will be active in recruiting a range of young people across target groups to achieve the prescribed number of Teams and an appropriate Team mix.

  • The Teams, of up to 15 young people, will take part in a challenging and action-packed programme, a major part of which involves teamwork in the community.

  • A key part of the role is to facilitate and encourage Team achievements, while guiding each Team member on an individual learning journey.
