With strong foundations in place, and a wealth of network and regional support available, this is an exciting opportunity for an incoming principal to nurture Ark Boulton into a truly great school. Our school: Ark Boulton Academy is an inclusive six-form entry secondary school, serving 900 students from the local community of Sparkill. Our school has been on a significant journey of improvement over the past eight years, and having recently received positive feedback from Ofsted (June 2024), the school is now on firm foundations and ready to progress towards excellence. Our team is on a mission to provide a quality education that empowers all individuals to flourish, and we are therefore seeking to appoint a principal with a proven background in securing strong outcomes at scale. We welcome applications from existing principals looking for a new challenge, as well as high potential deputies who would thrive in a collaborative network.
