Closing date: 20th November 2024
We are looking for enthusiastic and experienced leaders to join our growing architecture team at Royal London. You will know how to leverage technology to get the right results and clearly articulate how your architecture strategy delivers on the business strategy to support our customers. As a leader you will communicate with brevity and impact, and understand how your stakeholder management and influencing skills, are every bit as important as your technical ability.
We are transitioning to a 'Platform' model of working, with each Platform having a Principal architect to shape the strategy and roadmaps for their area, including current, transition and target states. You will take a holistic view of your area and be able to articulate the Total Cost of Ownership (TCO) for the solutions, the Functional Fitness and Tech Health of the estate, as well as being trusted advisor to the business.
We champion agile and flexible working ensuring that the future of work is inclusive for all our people. Our flexible approach to hybrid working will create opportunities to reach your full potential, whilst you continue to have a strong work life balance and flexibility with caring responsibilities.
