Full Job Description

  • Providing clinical expertise and leadership in the psychological and cognitive needs of people following a stroke and their families and contributing to a culture of support and collaboration both in the service and with partner agencies
  • Providing direct clinical work including assessment, rehabilitation and therapy with individuals, their families and the wider system, drawing on a range of therapeutic approaches guided by client needs
  • Consultation and guidance to the wider team and networks is integral including facilitating case discussion and care planning to support patient goals
  • Contributing to service development, teaching, and training
  • Supervision will be provided by an experienced Consultant Clinical Neuropsychologist and funding opportunities and supervision is available to those wishing to pursue the Qualification in Clinical Neuropsychology (QiCN)
