Principal Consultant - Business Change & Transformation

Strategy+ is AECOM's Management Consultancy team. Strategy+ operates Globally and assists clients to make sense of complexity, articulate their challenges and deliver solutions that improve their performance. Drawing on the vast expertise of AECOM's capabilities, S+ crafts innovative approaches and offers guidance in planning and executing transformational changes., The Principal Consultant leads major client engagements, providing expert advice and guidance to drive strategic initiatives and deliver measurable value. This role involves working with leaders and Execs to design and oversee the implementation of tailored change and transformation solutions that deliver desired short- and long-term objectives and outcomes. As a Principal Consultant within the Strategy+ team you will be leading pieces of work, fully accountable for delivering to quality and cost agreements. Depending on size and scale of the clients ambition you could be the sole lead, leading a bigger delivery team, or working as part of a larger multi-skilled team. Here's what you'll do:

• Invest time with clients to listen well, understanding their needs and existing operations.
• Build strong trusting relationships with relevant stakeholders that enable you to provide expert Change and Transformation advice, insight and challenge.
• Plan and deliver strategic change and transformation initiatives that achieve desire business or behaviour change outcomes.
• Monitor progress and adjust approach as needed to ensure success.
• Produce and present information to the highest quality.
