Full Job Description
- Provide technical direction to engineers
- Supporting the development of individuals and teams to enhance skills and competencies, such that technical capability objectives are fully achieved
- Undertake assessments of functional design and/or provide qualification and evidence for acceptance, fitness for purpose, legislative requirements, and safety
- Support the Delivery of safety Cases
CEng or equivalent level of capability, Degree in Human Factors or Psychology - Previous experience of writing assessments and safety reports
- Previous experience of influencing and managing Stakeholders at different levels

The Human Factors team: This is an excellent opportunity to join the Human Factors team-Safety here at BAE Systems. You will be joining a wider team of 17 professionally minded individuals who strive for best practice and champion an outstanding internal culture. You'll have the responsibility of managing 2-3 direct reports at varied levels. The team operate across different areas of safety within the Human Factors remit, which enables variety on the day-to-day business.
