  • Do you have an experience of helping people be a key part of assuring success in both programme and safety delivery, independent of the technology?
  • Do you have experience of leading teams of staff of different skills and levels to deliver complex and evolving objectives?
  • The people we are looking for will be expected to deliver creative and innovative consultancy advice to existing and new clients who are critical to the success of future energy delivery. You make sound decisions when under pressure and you are comfortable in reaching conclusions based on limited information. Your strong influencing skills support an ability to persuade others by working collaboratively and flexibly with all stakeholders, especially those with the authority to support change.
