  • Project Leadership: Manage major projects from inception to completion, ensuring quality, budget, and timelines are met.
  • Client Engagement: Build and maintain relationships with high-value clients, positioning RSK as their preferred partner and securing future business.
  • Tender Coordination: Lead significant tender submissions, collaborating across RSK departments to optimize success.
  • Team Development: Mentor and guide junior staff, helping them grow in their roles while ensuring project requirements and client expectations are met.

    Proven Expertise: Chartered status with relevant experience, including sufficient years at a senior consultancy level.
  • Technical Mastery: Extensive knowledge of environmental legislation, industry best practices, and SHEQ standards.
  • Project Savvy: A strong track record in project and financial management, with excellent profitability and client feedback.
  • Communication & Leadership: Outstanding communication skills, comfortable leading client meetings, guiding teams, and collaborating across departments.
