Due to our continued growth, Pick Everard are looking for an ambitious Principal Health and Safety Construction Consultant to lead and shape a diverse range of projects in the Midlands and throughout the region. As a Principal Health and Safety Consultant you will be taking responsibility for the financial and commercial management of your own projects; working towards meeting commercial targets. You will have the opportunity to really shape and lead the Health and Safety discipline, with the ability to be able to mentor more junior members of staff within the team. Being recognised as an expert within the discipline, you will be finding dynamic and unique solutions which you're able to share within the wider Health and Safety team; overall providing a great service for our clients. Our ideal Principal Health and Safety Consultant must have:
- Comprehensive knowledge of Construction, Design and Management (CDM) Regulations 2015
- An excellent understanding of Construction techniques, materials and have sound knowledge of fire safety in construction
- Achieved/Working Towards: NEBOSH Diploma, NCRQ Diploma, NCRQ Diploma, NVQ L5. Design / Construction Degree
- Experience in either construction site safety or design (Architecture, Engineering, Surveying etc.) It would be nice for you to have:
- An excellent self-motivated, friendly, efficient, and enthusiastic attitude
- Recognised membership of a proven Health & Safety organisation
