Full Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic leader to join our Delivery Insights & Operations team, responsible for overseeing Portfolio and Reporting Analysts, managing capex and resource planning within the Product & Technology function, and driving a culture of continuous improvement. This role is crucial for ensuring best practices, delivering valuable outcomes, and fostering team growth and continuity.
What you will be doing

  • Collaborate with operations to ensure financial transparency (costs vs. value delivered) per domain and market.

  • Govern and maintain the Capex planning process (quarterly and annually), ensuring daily checks and balances.

  • Conduct quarterly Jira reporting for Finance, ensuring capitalisation evidence for audit purposes across all brands.

  • Identify and streamline Capex processes across brands, collaborating with the Vendor Manager on ad hoc contracts, POs, and invoicing.

  • Govern and maintain the Technology Headcount Plan, model future state organizations, and assess location strategy impacts.

  • Drive initiatives to improve staff utilization and enhance resource data quality with stakeholders.

  • Oversee Jira function governance post-migration and lead the Planview rollout and migration, including user training.

  • Own Key Risk Indicator creation and reporting, leading the rollout and improvement of the risk framework for Product & Technology.

    Proven experience in Capex planning and governance, with a strong understanding of financial controls and transparency. Demonstrated ability to manage headcount planning, including modeling and utilization optimization. Experience in tooling management, particularly Jira and Planview.

  • Advanced analytical skills with experience in creating and maintaining risk registers. Proficiency in stakeholder engagement and cross-functional collaboration. Excellent organizational and project management skills.

  • Previous leadership and governance capabilities. Ability to drive process improvements and strategic initiatives. Detail-oriented with a focus on delivering high-quality results.

  • Effective communicator with the ability to provide clear training and guidance. Proactive problem-solver with a strategic mindset. Adaptable and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
