Full Job Description
An exciting opportunity to oversee the Planning Obligations team of six officers in the City's Planning and Development Division to ensure planning obligations are negotiated in a timely and efficient manner. This key role will lead on all aspects of the management of the Planning Obligations team including overseeing negotiation S106 obligations and Unilateral Undertakings on planning schemes including Deeds of Variations.
The senior position will also oversee the governance of the CIL and Neighbourhood CIL regime including reporting, auditing, financial management and drafting reports to decision making Committees on allocating CIL funds., We will be reviewing this policy and approach at regular intervals to ensure we're meeting our attendance needs.
