Full Job Description

Principal Product Designer - Design System Manager

As a Principal Product Designer you will be working within an agile environment, applying your product design knowledge to real-world digital products and services. This role is based in ATG's Head Office in London's West End and embedded in our broader Product & Engineering Teams. You'll report to the Head of Product Design and work day-to-day within your product team and the rest of the design team. You will also work closely with the wider business teams such as the Ticketing teams, Food & Beverage teams, Marketing teams and other ATG stakeholders to build customer-centric experiences.

This is a pivotal role to shape the user experience and digital branding for the UK's largest musical theatre ticketing company ATG Entertainment- both for our audiences as well as the producers we serve. We want you to drive product design delivery across multiple products by systematically approaching visual design, passion for aesthetics, familiarity with the latest accessibility standards, and excellent leadership and interpersonal abilities.

We are a Disability Confident Committed Employer, which means that we are taking action to ensure that people with disabilities and long-term health conditions feel supported, engaged and able to fulfil their potential in the workplace. Where we receive more applications than we are reasonably able to interview for any given role, we will retain applications for the next available interview opportunity wherever possible.

If you'd like to discuss accessibility prior to applying, please review our job description where you will see a contact e mail address to request a confidential discussion.
